Suffolk County Council are looking for Children's Newly Qualified Social Workers to join the Children and Young Peoples Service in various locations across Suffolk on a Hybrid contract.You will join us on a full time or part time, permanent basis .
In return, you will earn a competitive salary of £32,076 per annum (rising to £34,834 per annum) (pro rata for part time), plus a joining payment of £1,500, plus £4,000 retention payment upon successful completion of the ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) programme.
We are currently looking for a Level 3 Qualified Social Worker to join Wiltshire Council in their Family & Children's Support and Safeguarding Service.

The team consists of social workers, senior keyworkers, keyworkers and local partnership advisors delivering or supporting evidence-based direct work with vulnerable children and families.

The Social Worker will lead and oversee professional judgements in the context of the relevant legal and policy frameworks.
To implement positive change in complex cases in children, families and carers lives by using systemic social work methods, models and tools, with the aims of helping them to be as independent as possible.
To also manage and minimise risks of abuse and neglect as well as meeting care needs while exercising a high quality of professional judgement.
