A highly respected professional Property Company are seeking an experienced Senior Block Manager to cover their managed portfolio along the M4 corridor including the Swindon, Slough, Bracknell & Reading area.
This is a pivotal and controlling role, reporting to the Regional Director and with the responsibility to manage a sizeable portfolio so previous experience in Block Management is essential and in particular the management of Section 20 Notices and management accounts.
