4Recruitment Services are seeking a Neighbourhood Housing Officer to work for a housing association based in Tower Hamlets.
You'll ensure the clients housing estates are places that their residents want to live, you'll work in a rewarding environment supporting customers and preventing anti-social behaviour.
You will be required to
carry out neighbourhood management of properties in located in East London, includes completing home visits/estate inspections/fire risk assessments.
be responsible to service to a patch of properties in the Northwest region covering mainly Cheshire East and Cheshire West areas but also offering support to the other regions across including Warrington, Bolton, Manchester.
carry out customer visits on behalf of central teams including, gas visits, arrears visits, Sign ups, Tenancy breaches, tenancy reviews and Mutual Exchanges.
You will be responsible for the day- to- day management of tenancy and neighbourhood issues in respect of a designated group of dwellings, ensuring the proper and appropriate use of accommodation and ensuring that residents receive an efficient and effective service in respect of tenancy and related issues.
Tenancy Enforcement Officers provide a comprehensive, high quality, customer focused range of front- line services to our residents.
This will be an office based role Monday to Friday with no option of Hybrid working.
To become the key local contact for tenants, providing appropriate support and early intervention to sustain tenancies and maximise income.
To work with vulnerable tenants, making appropriate referrals and liaising with partners and services to develop and monitor support plans.

We are seeking an experienced Housing Officer who can hit the ground running.

Monitoring & Responding officers (MRO) are required to answer and respond to emergency calls from vulnerable service users from across the borough over Jontek's Answerlink call monitoring platform.
When answering an emergency call, MROs will be required to identify and arrange appropriate intervention /support to ensure service users wellbeing.
In addition this may mean visiting a service users home to help deal with the emergency.
