You might have a background in Housing Litigation, or general litigation, or be a candidate seeking to enhance your expertise in litigation.
An extremely well renowned Merseyside private practice, specialising in Personal Injury, is looking to recruit an RTA Paralegal for its dedicated LVI team.
Candidates are expected to have at least 12 months experience in RTA/Personal Injury and will be responsible for handling all aspects of pre-litigated PI claims involving allegations of Low Velocity Impact, while also acting alongside the senior team on litigated claims of greater complexity.
To be successful in this role, you will have relevant experience of RTA claims - ideally involving allegations of Fraud/LVI but by no means essential - from instruction to settlement.
