Title: Paralegal - Court of Protection

Salary: £22,000 - £27,000
I am seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join a Court of Protection team based in the Wirral. In this role, you will support Solicitors with their professional deputy ship and trusteeship caseloads, including drafting legal documents, managing client relationships, and overseeing financial transactions related to deputy ship and client designated accounts. You will also be responsible for handling a caseload of Personal Injury Trusts and lay deputy ship applications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, numerical aptitude, and experience with Microsoft Office. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision, and interacting directly with clients. Prior experience in an office environment and familiarity with statutory duties relevant to the Court of Protection would be advantageous.
