We are working with an organisation that is dedicated to providing top-tier care services and they are looking for a Team Leader to join their dynamic team at 30 bed residential care home, Heath Lodge in Boroughbridge.
The Team Leader will also maintain a caseload of mixed disease files including NIHL and HAVS matters and further provide supervision, technical support and training to their team.
The Team Leader will lead the team to meet objectives and deliver their work standards as agreed in the client's SLA, while maintaining the commercial benefit to Keoghs.
Key Accountabilities
Run a caseload of mixed disease types, including NIHL, HAVS, WRULD, Asthma and Dermatitis with the assistance of 2 Assistant Fee Earners.
