What You'll Be Doing:

- Actively manage team performance and create a supportive environment that fosters creativity and efficiency.
Duties will include:
- Oversee and optimize team performance by conducting regular performance development reviews and adaption initiatives.
- Ensure seamless operations by managing team absences and performance indicators with precision and innovation.
