This will be an exciting role, initially a temp to perm opportunity, a willingness to work between our London office (Soho) and headquarters (Grove, Oxfordshire) to support the Director's commitments is a prerequisite for the role. You will anticipate the needs of the Commercial Director to ensure the delivery of key strategic business priorities, organise international travel and itineraries, manage a rapidly changing schedule, and handle day-to-day business with absolute skill and diplomacy. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the heart of the action, contributing to the commercial success of our team. Key to success in this role will be working in a pre-emptive and organised manner, keeping an eye on the detail while remaining flexible to manage last-minute plans. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Commercial Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Manage all expenses, credit card reconciliation and race float management as required. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Act as the first point of contact for the Commercial Director, screening calls, emails, and inquiries. Draft, review, and distribute communications on behalf of the Commercial Director. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and partners. Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and attendee communication. Prepare reports, summaries, and analysis as required by the Commercial Director. Manage expense reports and budgets related to commercial activities. About You Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
