To support the development of new Broker relationships to extend the footprint of the franchise and the commercial success of the business.

Duties
Make recommendations to the Council as to how best to build operational sustainability, capacity, and resilience in accordance with Whole Council Re-Design criteria and principles.
Identify changes to future ways of working, based on best practice, to improve performance in service areas, adopting a customer led approach whilst improving current performance targets.
