Job Summary
My client is looking for an experienced paralegal who is able to deal with the following types of work, to join them in their Leeds office:.
General
Volume transactions including auction sales, staircasing, sales of small parcels of land and garages/car parking spaces, affordable disposals including RTA, PRTB, leasehold scheme for the elderly, purchases of individual street properties and the like
Plot completions (where the matter has exchanged but there will be transfers of individual plots when they reach completion)
