We're seeking a dedicated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support our ranked commercial litigation client within complex dispute resolution cases. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced solicitors and gain exposure to high-profile litigation matters.

Description

The Commercial Litigation Paralegal will:

  • Assist solicitors in managing a full range of complex commercial litigation cases.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties.
  • Maintain and organise case files and legal databases.
  • Support the team in pro bono initiatives and community outreach programs.

Profile

The Commercial Litigation Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Previous experience in commercial litigation ideally within international dispute resolution, professional negligence, fraud, arbitration, or crisis management.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
