What you'll do

The algorithmic trading model validation team is responsible for the independent review and validation of models used within bank's algorithmic trading business across all asset classes.

Responsibilities
Co-ordinate the REVIT technicians across the practice to ensure that common practices, standards and policies are adopted.
A vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic Availability Modeller to become an integral part of the team, leading the modelling activity through the complexities of the Mid Life Refurbishment (MLR) phase.
Typically this role will require 1-2 days on site per week, with temporary deviations from this to be agreed with your Line Manager.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in validating quantitative models as part of the independent model validation process, acting as the second line of defence on model risk.
