Our Direct Sales and Service department have exciting opportunities for Customer Service experts to join our Member Services team where you will provide help, guidance and support to our members in the UK and Ireland.
As a Revenue Cost Assurance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue and cost processes.
You'll be responsible for reconciling customer charging and supplier costs, maintaining data quality, and identifying and eliminating root causes of profit slippage.
Role type: Temporary for 6 months with possibility of extension
The post holder will provide a support role to the Medico-Legal staff and the Access to Records Supervisor, and be able to work on their own initiative.
This is a Part Time position working 25.5 hours per week with shifts Monday - Friday 9am-2pm (Hours Discussed in interview).
