Contract: 12 month fixed-term contract

Location: Leeds (hyrbid working)

Salary: £25,000

Hours: Mon - Fri,

The task at hand:

As a Revenue Cost Assurance Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue and cost processes. You'll be responsible for reconciling customer charging and supplier costs, maintaining data quality, and identifying and eliminating root causes of profit slippage.

You'll be great in this role if you have:

  • Experience in the telecoms industry, preferrably on the aBILLity platform
  • A proven track record in process improvement
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT skills and experience with programs like Excel, Word, and CRM systems
  • A logical and structured approach to work
  • A self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • A commitment to continuous professional and personal development
  • Excellent data input, analysis, and reporting skills
  • A strong team player who demonstrates success and promotes team responsibility

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely, accurate, and reconcilable billing
  • Drive positive behaviours within the team while maintaining high workload and throughput
  • Prioritise resources to handle business demands effectivel
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Liaise with Sales teams to ensure sales orders are complete
  • Liaise with other internal teams and external stakeholders on relevant topics
