This full-time, permanent position is based in the Greater Glasgow area, and offers an excellent opportunity to oversee microbiology laboratories and drive compliance in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO9001/13485 requirements.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team, providing technical support in the fields of Microbiology, Materials Science and Chemistry.
We are looking for an experienced lab technician who will be a key member in the team and play a crucial role in keeping the labs running smoothly.
Ideally you will be proactive, organised and methodical in your approach to work with a real "can do'' attitude.
The post holder will work as part of a team to service the laboratories with primary oversight for the biology department, so that staff and students can carry out practical work efficiently, accurately and safely.
