Our Client is a Global Fashion and Headwear Brand who are looking for an experienced Merchandising Assistant to join their busy team for a 12 months FTC (Maternity cover).
Responsible for comprehensive management of store affairs, including but not limited to product selection and procurement, supermarket system management, inventory management, marketing and supermarket event planning, shelf management, staff management, and sales growth-related internal store management tasks.
Ensure smooth operation of the store, achieve sales targets, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and guide staff, and maintain team enthusiasm and work efficiency.
Leading a team of Merchandise Planners, you will ensure that the right information is available to the right people at the right time to facilitate accurate decisions across product, range, and supply planning.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering all key financial Merchandising KPIs across the business.
You should enjoy being customer-facing to maintain, develop, and contribute to a profitable business plan across all formats and products.

Bensons for Beds is looking for a new Digital Category Merchandiser to join our Digital team based in Accrington to cover a maternity leave for 12 months
Working on a Full time basis, over a 12 month period, your role will be to manage all Bensons for Beds pages within you assigned categories, ensuring all products are displayed in the right way, making it easy for our customers do their own research before buying their perfect bed.
