Boots UK is currently seeking an Ecommerce Merchandiser to join our digital merchandising team based in Nottingham. As an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in driving the strategic roadmap for personalised product discovery. Piloting new features, and applying user data, to amplify our customer engagement.

What you'll need to have

Reporting directly to the Senior Ecommerce Merchandising Manager. You will be joining a team who is passionate about customer experience and driving data led enhancements. Working with stakeholders across User Experience/Research, Conversion Rate Optimisation, SEO, Product Management and Design.

The role also includes line management of two merchandising assistants. Mentoring and supporting each individual to reach their full potential as merchandising specialists.Key Responsibilities

  • Measuring and refining product recommendation strategies to drive higher customer engagement and revenue.
  • Exploring new digital touchpoints to leverage relevant product recommendations.
  • Translating data into actionable insights
  • Staying up to date with evolving customer needs and expectations
  • Collaborating with our external supplier to drive the most value from your channel
  • Reviewing competitor activity and identifying new opportunities to test
  • Working closely with our trading teams to ensure we are supporting key commercial goals and initiatives
  • Leading new features on the website with our digital transformation teams
  • Delivering weekly and monthly performance reporting to share the impact of new capabilities
  • Supporting the wider digital merchandising team with training needs, toolkits and best practice guidelines
  • Looking out for and recommending efficiencies to improve productivity
