The post holder will work under supervision as part of the multi-disciplinary team and assist and support the clinical team(s).
This may include working within the patient's home environment and other clinical settings in the community.
Healthcare assistants provide care to patients in an inpatient environment.
You will be required to participate in a 24-hour internal rotation, working various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, nights, and long days.
