(9am 5pm two days a week Early: 8am-4pm Late: 2pm to 10am three days a week)
Daily Duties
Take a lead role and provide support and advice to staff in creating and reviewing robust risk assessments, produce and agree management plans, personalised recovery support plans (identifying goals and aspirations and detailing activities and interventions) and structured move-in plans with new residents.
You will be supporting individuals with severe mental health difficulties.You will be expected to work flexible shifts.The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months previous experience working as a mental health support worker with previous experience with acute mental health.
The emphasis of this job will be working on different wards covering male and female wards.
