An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Advisors to join our clients team on a full-time, temporary basis.
This is a fully office based role based in Sheffield.
Training for the first week, from 1 July 2024, will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm and after training, the working hours will be Monday to Friday 10am until 7pm with the possibility of working Saturday from 9am until 1pm.
Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf West Northamptonshire Council for a customer Service Advisor to maximise resolution of enquiries and information requests from customers at first point of contact.
To deal with enquiries from customers and visitors to properties, providing appropriate advice and information, through email, website, telephone and in person.
