(1-2 years) Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot. Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content. Experience with paid social media advertising and social advertising strategies. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and provide insights. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
