We are thrilled to be supporting an established North east manufacturer in their search for a Materials Planning Manager to lead the production planning and customer service team.
Reporting to the Senior supply chain manager, this role takes leadership of planning and customer service activities to ensure timely and cost effective material planning, scheduling and inventory control, aligning planning with inventory management
Some of the key deliverables are
Lead and manage all planning activities including works order creation, scheduling and planning controls best practice.
As Materials Planner, you'll be responsible for supporting the finished goods planning of in-house production and brought-in merchandise (e.g.
hinges, reinforced steel, handles, brackets, locks), ensuring supply capability and supporting the company's windows division to achieve their production and strategy targets.
