Location: Gables House, Tenterden, Kent Salary: £28,875 per annum Employment Type: Permanent, full time Context: Childhood First provides specialist therapeutic residential care and treatment for children and young people to recover from early life abuse and relational trauma, to help them enjoy life and achieve their potential. Role: As the Business Support Administrator (Training & Strategic Projects) you will provide support to the management teams in three adjacent Kent communities whilst being based at Gables House. You will have a particular focus in your role on matters related to staff training and the enabling of cross community strategic projects. What you will bring to the role: Ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships across the communities. Experience of providing strong project administration support. Tenacity and resilience along with excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to create and maintain project plans in Excel and bespoke software platforms. Task: Ensure that staff in the Kent communities are supported in planning, attending and completing all allocated training modules. Support cross-community strategic projects. Manage the different Kent communities' opinions, perspectives and ideas constructively and respectfully. Provide meeting support, including organising and diarising, note taking, minute taking and setting up technology for virtual meetings. Create process maps that impart understanding of workflows.
