As the Marketing Manager your duties would include: Manage and lead a small marketing department Manage the development and implementation of the company's marketing and branding strategies, including digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement Implement promotional and lead generation campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver qualified leads converting to sales Build and manage our social media profiles across all channels, proactively producing content to drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads, exploring new ways to reach our target buyer via social networks Create compelling and engaging content for social media, and email marketing, ensuring content aligns with the brand voice, adheres to SEO best practise and resonates with the target audience In collaboration with the Sales & Marketing Director, produce tailored messaging, engaging client communications and up-to-date promotional material Conduct research, review industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth and optimization Work with influencers and key journalists to develop brand awareness and curate content Plan and deliver PR strategy to raise the profile of our business with relevant media SEO research and implementation, driving traffic through SEO techniques Conduct data analysis to inform decisions to maximise sales for our current product range and future products Deliver marketing outputs on time and on budget, reporting regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Director Provide senior management with metrics and presentation material as input for monthly and quarterly SLT/Board meetings Develop sound working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, non-executive directors, and media The experience and skills you need: Extensive experience working in public relations, marketing, or communications Experience of implementing and seeing through a marketing strategy Extensive knowledge of digital marketing and best practise. Essential Skills & Experience An experienced marketingprofessionalwith knowledge across the full marketing mix. Can evidence a track record of experience in and full understanding of B2B & B2C marketingprinciples. Evidence of applying project management skills to work across multiple projects with conflicting priorities and deadlines and still achieve the best possible outcome for customers & the organisation. A creative approach to solving complex problems. Stellar commercial acumen.
