A team assistant is required to support the director and team of events and marketing. Duties will include: Maintaining the Marketing database, inputting enquiries, updating contacts and ensuring GDPR compliance Organising events including sourcing venues, setting up suppliers, organising catering and entertainment coordinate speakers and logistics processing expenses, raising purchase orders on a P2P system, manage event budgets organise travel and diary management Chosen candidate will need to have: strong organisation skills proactive team player orgainsed with good communication skills be able to liaise with senior headsand board of directors proven team secretarial experience will be required minimum 3 years ANGELA MORTIMER ACTS AS A RECRUTIMENT AGENCY FOR THIS ROLE.
