A team assistant is required to support the director and team of events and marketing.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining the Marketing database, inputting enquiries, updating contacts and ensuring GDPR compliance
- Organising events including sourcing venues, setting up suppliers, organising catering and entertainment
- coordinate speakers and logistics
- processing expenses, raising purchase orders on a P2P system, manage event budgets
- organise travel and diary management
Chosen candidate will need to have:
- strong organisation skills
- proactive team player
- orgainsed with good communication skills be able to liaise with senior headsand board of directors
- proven team secretarial experience will be required minimum 3 years
