A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graphic Designer to join the Ecommerce and Digital Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Ecommerce Manager you will design, implement and optimise email campaigns to drive sales and improve customer lifetime value. Additionally, you will be involved in the design of assets and implementation of campaigns across all paid channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Affiliate. The candidate should have a good eye for design and copy that converts. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet project objectives and align with brand guidelines. To create visually engaging designs for various projects, including but not limited to; website graphics, branding materials, marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, posters, banners, etc.), social media graphics, email campaigns, presentation decks, digital assets and other visual content. Take ownership of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality and delivered on time. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the team. Detail-oriented with a passion for typography, colour theory, and layout design. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and interns, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally. Skills required: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field. 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
