We are looking to recruit an experienced Communications Executive to join an award winning consumer goods manufacturer, you will have a passion for writing, presenting and creating. They're now turning their attention to their digital marketing strategy and expanding the Global Marketing team to ensure they can continue to support the continued ambitions of the Group; to reach a new wider audience through stimulating content and engaging storytelling via integrated digital strategies and communication. You will be part of a small, agile, and fast-paced global marketing team, and will play a significant role in the development of all communications to support the deployment of the global marketing strategy across 3 brands. You will play a crucial role within the marketing team and business, creating and driving brand engagement via inspirational, top-class content and communication campaigns. Your responsibilities: Supporting, coordinating and deploying an annual communications strategy in line with the corporate vision across the three brands within group, aligned to budgets Work with the global marketing team and wider cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional written copy, which covers but won't be limited to; website content, blogs, social media, email, product & marketing literature, press releases, campaigns, partnerships, invites and events You will work closely with media partners and be the point contact for all PR related enquiries and coordination, managing, distributing media lists and reporting on coverage Coordinate editorial shoots, including the selection of products and logistics between publications Manage all brand events and exhibitions, which would include travel arrangements, vendor selection and liaison Your skills and experience: A degree in a relevant subject (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations etc) You will be a wordsmith and consider yourself to have excellent linguistic and communication skills. Marketing Executive Must have experience with travel or holiday agencies Join our client's dynamic Marketing team as a Marketing Executive to contribute to the planning and execution of captivating campaigns across digital and offline platforms. This role offers a blend of creative and strategic responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Creative Team to craft compelling E-Newsletters and digital marketing content aligned with brand voice. Support the Head of Marketing in devising intricate customer journeys as needed. Manage social media presence, including content distribution across B2B and B2C Facebook and Instagram pages. Coordinate weekly marketing promotions with third-party suppliers like newspapers and digital partners. Assist in overseeing media campaigns, engaging with key partners, and compiling post-campaign evaluations. Regularly report on KPIs to internal stakeholders. Contribute to proofreading of brochure, website, and advertisement copy. Engage in limited copywriting for various marketing materials. Aid in managing Affiliate campaigns, evaluating affiliate performance, and disseminating offers via their platform. Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills coupled with a passion for travel, translating into engaging content. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing team, preferably within the Travel Industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience in crafting email and social media campaigns is advantageous. Enthusiastic team player willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop, is beneficial but not mandatory.
