I am seeking a Communications Executive to spearhead a charity's communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing targeted communication strategies across various channels, engaging with current and potential stakeholders, and creating dynamic content to support our recruitment initiatives.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance our organisation's presence across multiple channels, including e-newsletters, print, website, and social media.
  • Engage with current and potential stakeholders to foster strong relationships and promote our organisation's objectives.
  • Create and manage compelling content for social media platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
  • Produce engaging video content tailored for recruitment purposes, highlighting the unique opportunities and culture of our organisation.
  • Adapt recruitment materials for diverse audiences and organise recruitment events to attract prospective students, showcasing the benefits of joining our organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute communication strategies across various channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation for social media and experience with video production.
  • Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and organise successful recruitment events.
