Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator's key responsibilities are to organise, create and develop marketing material and campaigns for new-build developments, and to provide a range of marketing support and marketing administration services to Plumlife client teams, supporting new business development and initiatives.
As part of the Plumlife Homes Marketing team the postholder will have a key role to play in delivering brand support and effectively harnessing online and offline marketing channels to protect the great reputation of Plumlife Homes.
To manage creative multimedia marketing and publicity campaigns to enable the department to meet its target in recruiting foster carers, whilst collating and managing information about the needs of looked after children in Brent and the types of carers needed to inform the recruitment strategy.
To work as part of the Fostering Service, to increase the recruitment of Foster carers in Brent.
To maximise the department's ability to recruit foster carers for looked after children in Brent.
