If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-orientated candidate to take on a Temporary Digital Assistant position with one of our top clients in North Oxfordshire.
This is a temporary position, likely to be ongoing for at least 3-6 months.
Please note, this position is paid on a weekly PAYE basis. The full-time role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.
Temporary Digital Assistant Responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Working with the website Content Management System
- Uploading product images, model shots and videos to shared drive and website
- Using creativity to ensure cropping is correct
- Being thorough in checking spelling and formatting
- Google analytics website reporting
- Tagging of Saocial Media posts
- General support for team activities e.g. for local photo shoots

Temporary Digital Assistant Experience
- Experience of using digital marketing channels – Content Management Systems, website development, CRM, social media, analytics
- Organisation skills, strong attention to detail, and executional excellence within tight deadlines
- Fluency in both written and spoken English. Any other language skills are advantageous, but by no means essential
- Resilience and flexibility when working in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative ability to work in a team environment
