The team leads recruitment and customer engagement initiatives to retain high response rates and drives customer focused solutions to custom testing strategies. They Develop visual reporting tools used by cross-team stakeholders, and partner across multiple teams to deep dive into customer data Key job responsibilities Support programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across multiple locales and languages Partner with Research Managers and Operations managers across global panels to support translations tasks and processes Evaluates and analyses research scope, define project needs Designs research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI Documents end-to-end workflow, RACI, SOP, and SLA as required Dives deep and analyses data from various sources and iterate the mechanisms as needed Identifies opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommends strategy for streamlining Independently or under manager's supervision make high judgement calls on ambiguous issues Develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and create impactful testing strategies Drive excellence in customer engagement and retention policies Requirements 1-2 years of professional non-internship experience (marketing, consumer insights, or project management) Experience in deploying, programming and/or writing surveys Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data Proficiency in English, and one of: French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese, German, Italian, or Dutch, is a plus Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications 2 years of professional experience in the market research field Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings Understanding of basic statistics Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau
