Business Analyst - Consumer Insights

Seeking a dynamic Business Analyst for Consumer Insights, to redefine the future of entertainment. Join a leading digital video service at the forefront of on-demand content, your role will involve supporting global research initiatives, analysing data and optimising workflows.

Office based in Central London 3x per week - initial 6 month contract - PAYE contract.

  • Partner with Research Managers and Operations Managers globally to support tasks and processes, presenting findings to senior stakeholders
  • Evaluating and analysing research scope, defining project needs
  • Designing research approach and strategy, define milestones, timelines, and KPI
  • Documenting end-to-end workflow, RACI and SLA as required
  • Deep diving and analysing data from various sources
  • Identifying opportunities to make the workflow more efficient and recommending strategy for streamlining
  • Develop a deep understanding of our partners research needs and creating impactful testing strategies

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of Business Analytics experience (in marketing, consumer insights or project management)
  • Experience working with vendors, product and technology beneficial
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data
  • Proficiency in English, with one of: Swedish, Portuguese, German, Italian, or Dutch being highly beneficial
  • Experience translating complex data sets into clear and compelling written narratives
  • Strong presentation skills specifically speaking about research methodologies and findings
  • Proficiency in SPSS or Tableau beneficial
