Based at their manufacturing site in Hampshire our client, a manufacturer with an excellent portfolio of products supplied to major UK retailers is currently looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to organise, direct and manage the engineering department in driving performance within a high-speed multi-line 24-hour operation.
Responsibilities will include managing the engineering department in full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work parameters whilst always promoting Continuous Improvement and GMP.
The position is also a key member of the site management team with full responsibility for all engineering staff, site infrastructure, security and utilities required for a smooth safe operation.
