Assistant Store Manager - Cwmbran Store - Base salary of £24,000 with the potential to earn up to £34,000 with On Target Earnings - Deputising for the store manager, running the shift in their absence, training colleagues and helping our customers choose the right products for a great night's sleep!
You would play a significant role in helping us to achieve our vision, being a key player in moving our business forward, with your natural ability to set an example for the team to engage, inspire and offer advice to our customers to ensure they choose the bed that suits them best!

Your Responsibilities
Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, working cross functionally, across various functions and third-party suppliers.
You'll monitor, manage, and coordinate the operational delivery of our online customer offer, being involved in everything from troubleshooting website issues and managing online fraud risk, to analysing data to gain insight into how we can make the service better.
