The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of facilities and associated contracts for the company operations based in one of our London office locations.
Avencia Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a well know Insurer based in the City who are looking to hire a Facilities Manager to join on an initial 12 month contract basis.
The initial focus for the FM will be to act as Project Manager for the fit out of a new office, with the role morphing into the Facilities Manager for the building long term.
Reporting to the Head of Change Management you will be responsible for embedding best practice change management.

They are on the look out for a Project Manager to support the existing team , with an exposure of Data Science / Data Modelling / data schemas as well as being organised and have a keen eye for attention to detail.
This is a Fixed Term contract for 6 months however the role has the potential to become permanent depending on the individual and their performance.

Purpose: The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the Merchandising team to ensure all product launches adhere to our Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines across all stores in the UK & IRE.
The manager will ensure the correct launch materials are in-store and resolve any issues by liaising directly with supply.
This role involves managing product launches across two axes (Makeup, Skincare), maintaining up-to-date launch planning spreadsheets, and overseeing our counter master plan (CMP) which records all fixtures within our stores.
