My client a well-known social housing organisation located in the Wembly area is seeking and experienced Head of M&E on an interim basis (4- 6 months) reporting to the Director of Compliance and Planned Works.
Purpose of the role -
Lead the M&E Team to ensure statutory compliance in areas such as Gas Servicing, Lift Maintenance, Asbestos, Electrical Testing, Air conditioning and extraction, drainage plant security & door entry, and rooftop/high-level communal space safety.
