Investigo are are with a client based in Castleford who are looking for a Interim Assistant Billing Manager to join their team! The role The Interim Assistant Billing Manager will be responsible for Managing and supporting a small team. Picking up larger finance queries Prepare and provide invoicing forthe larger consolidated account clients Ensuring all consolidated accounts are checked and correct before being issued to clients Ensure all team deadlines are met Monthly Internal ledger reconciliations Providing weekly/monthly manual credit and invoice reports to management Maintaining KPI reports Raising manual and system-driven invoices and credits Validating and approving credit note requests in line with the business policy Data input and ensuring manual records and logs are kept up to date Profile: Minimum of 3 years within a billing environment. Experience of managing a small team. ERP and finance application systems experience. Strong user of the Microsoft Office range, PowerPoint, Word & Excel. Good communication skills with confidence and experience to work at the management level On offer: Day rate equivalent on £35,000 to £45,000 Hybrid working pattern Ongoing contract
