Assistant Billing Manager

Investigo are are with a client based in Castleford who are looking for a Interim Assistant Billing Manager to join their team!

The role

The Interim Assistant Billing Manager will be responsible for Managing and supporting a small team.

  • Picking up larger finance queries
  • Prepare and provide invoicing forthe larger consolidated account clients
  • Ensuring all consolidated accounts are checked and correct before being issued to clients
  • Ensure all team deadlines are met
  • Monthly Internal ledger reconciliations
  • Providing weekly/monthly manual credit and invoice reports to management
  • Maintaining KPI reports
  • Raising manual and system-driven invoices and credits
  • Validating and approving credit note requests in line with the business policy
  • Data input and ensuring manual records and logs are kept up to date

Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years within a billing environment.
  • Experience of managing a small team.
  • ERP and finance application systems experience.
  • Strong user of the Microsoft Office range, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
  • Good communication skills with confidence and experience to work at the management level

On offer:

Day rate equivalent on £35,000 to £45,000
