Investigo are are with a client based in Castleford who are looking for a Interim Assistant Billing Manager to join their team!
The role
The Interim Assistant Billing Manager will be responsible for Managing and supporting a small team.
- Picking up larger finance queries
- Prepare and provide invoicing forthe larger consolidated account clients
- Ensuring all consolidated accounts are checked and correct before being issued to clients
- Ensure all team deadlines are met
- Monthly Internal ledger reconciliations
- Providing weekly/monthly manual credit and invoice reports to management
- Maintaining KPI reports
- Raising manual and system-driven invoices and credits
- Validating and approving credit note requests in line with the business policy
- Data input and ensuring manual records and logs are kept up to date
Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years within a billing environment.
- Experience of managing a small team.
- ERP and finance application systems experience.
- Strong user of the Microsoft Office range, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
- Good communication skills with confidence and experience to work at the management level
On offer:
Day rate equivalent on £35,000 to £45,000
Hybrid working pattern
