To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and back-of-house areas, supporting the chefs and kitchen team by ensuring all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils are cleaned and stored efficiently.
You will help ensure a smooth and safe operation in line with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Wash and properly store all kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and cutlery.
In the role you will be providing professional support to the extensive customer base and a team of Customer Account Managers whilst reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader.
Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous table service at all times.
Ensure members and guests are welcomed warmly and attended to efficiently.
