Currently on the lookout for a Payroll Manager who is not opposed to working in a sole position, to take ownership of payroll across the group. As this is a growing business, the role is ever-changing, so we are seeking someone who is adaptable. Client Details National retail business In excess of 500 employees Close-knit, friendly working environment Highly profitable, successful organisation Description Payroll System input and maintenance - ensuring wage and hours are up to date Responsible for holiday allocation within the payroll system Process new starters - hours input, overtime, expenses etc. Calculations of statutory payments RTI submissions to HMRC Maintenance of pension records - uploading of files Dealing with internal payroll queries and running reports Profile A successful Payroll Manager should have: Strong MS package understanding, in particular Excel Proven track record of payroll within an SME environment (payroll variety such as weekly, monthly etc. would be highly advantageous) Happy to work independently as well as collaborative Happy to commute to Bagshot 5 days per week Job Offer Payroll Manager: Offering...
