We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead and supervise the operations of a new service, taking full ownership of all aspects of this specialist neurodegeneration nursing care provision.

Building strong relationships with stakeholders as the clinical operation's leader, the General Manager will be responsible for ensuring safety, efficiency, and responsiveness as well as optimizing occupancy, conducting thorough assessments, and maintaining high-quality, person-centered care.
The General Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will be working closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the delivery of the company's wider strategic agenda.
I am working on behalf of a 48 bedded Nursing and Residential home who are in need of a Clinical Manager to oversee the nursing unit and work alongside the general manager.
The home is Good' with CQC and running at 97% occupancy.
Key Responsibilities of a Clinical Manager
Overall running of the Nursing unit including standards and quality of care.
We are currently representing a private hospital who are a provider of mental health services, dedicated to delivering high-quality, person centred care to an all-male 46 bedded unit over 3 wards, a highly specialised Autism Spectrum Disorder service, a Specialist PICU service and an Acute Inpatient Mental Health service.
