A Swindon based energy firm are looking for an Estimating Manager to join the team and lead the electrical estimation function.
As a key contact for the wider commercial team you will ensure the quotation process supports the business strategy whilst driving growth and brand reputation.
The Estimating Manager responsibilities
You will be leading the estimation team including allocating workloads and maintaining committed deadlines.
Responsible for managing a team of shift personnel in control of the process to achieve the business objectives set by the company and/or the Site Manager.
To assist the Site Manager to ensure the safe, environmentally compliant and efficient operation of the facility within established operational standards.
To manage the processing operation of a busy waste treatment plant, whilst maintaining the highest level of compliance to the company's health and safety, environmental, procedural and statutory goals.
As a Store Manager, your role as 'shopkeeper' means you run your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit, with your customers, colleagues and local communities being your number one priority.
You'll lead your team to ensure the store is a great place for people to work and shop!
