Key Responsibilities: Oversee the MEP design team's operations, specifically focusing on MEP systems for data centers. Ensure that all MEP design deliverables for data centers meet technical specifications, operational reliability, and compliance with global standards. Lead the integration of MEP systems in data center projects, collaborating with architects, IT specialists, and construction teams. Develop innovative MEP solutions that enhance energy efficiency and sustainability in data center environments. Manage the creation and validation of complex MEP drawings, models, and calculations for data center facilities. Mentor and guide MEP design teams, instilling best practices for data center design and operations. Facilitate client meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and specifications. Track and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within cost constraints. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Minimum of 7 years of MEP design experience, with significant expertise in data centers. Proficient with specialized software such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and BIM tools. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills. Deep knowledge of data center infrastructure requirements, including cooling systems, power distribution, and redundancy systems.
