As a Care Manager, you will oversee a team delivering person-centered care for individuals requiring 1:1 or 1:2 support, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are consistently met.

This role has a starting salary of £12,851.47 per annum for working 22.5 hours per week, 38.4 weeks per year (equivalent to £12.93 per hour, plus annual leave allowance).
This role is based at Meath Green Infant School, Horley.
Though you will only work during term time, you will be paid a salary every month including school holidays.
