Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Block Manager to join our property management team.
This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders.
The Block Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring they are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
The Property Manager may, in cases of a large portfolio, have an assistant property manager to work alongside them and should endeavour to develop the individual's skills for succession management.
The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of management services to a portfolio of residential and, where applicable, mixed-use buildings and estates.
This role will be the direct interface with the Client/Freeholder and Leaseholders within their portfolio.
Much of our accommodation has commercial space at ground floor, the management of which is outsourced to Alder King, who act as Asset and Property Manager on Unites behalf.

You will develop a high-performance supply chain for FM services, will ensure that we can deliver for our residents' day to day, respond quickly to emergencies and grow our portfolio sustainably.
You will be involved with new projects, ensuring the site team have the information they require to run efficiently from day one.
