Working as part of the Learning and Development Mental Health Southwest Training Team based at the Taunton training centre, you will be responsible for providing a consistent, professional training function that will continue to meet the needs of the business and ensure the effective operations of all training within the Southwest region.
Our client in Cardiff, a well-established and growing training company is recruiting for a Management Assessor to join them on a permanent basis.
In this key role, you will work with a caseload of learners to support and encourage them through their framework learning process, ensuring that learners are engaged, have regular monthly reviews, and have access to all learning materials in order to succeed in their qualification; whilst managing the framework compliance.
What you will be doing
Deliver Induction sessions to provide an overview of their chosen Framework (3 Management, Level 4 / 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, Level 4 Project Management).
