Management Accountant Day-to-day of the role: Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting. Analyse financial performance and contribute to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts. Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies and inconsistencies. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Engage with stakeholders to report on financial status and progress. Management Accountant Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in MS Excel. Strong organisational and communication skills.
