Job Purpose:

As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, analysing financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and present monthly management accounts and financial reports.

- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to senior management.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

- Monitor and control costs to ensure financial efficiency.

- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end processes.

- Liaise with internal and external auditors.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within the manufacturing sector.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is desirable.
