Duties and Responsibilities
Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as investigating and resolving issues and executing new installations.
Conduct electrical works, including investigating and resolving issues, managing lighting and power outputs, and performing new installations and cable runs.
Work closely and communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager to achieve completion of jobs, these tasks include plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting and decoration, carpentry, general site cleaning).
Take ownership of and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the sites and surrounding grounds, logged on our PPM Schedules and periodic tables.

Maintenance Operative with all round multi-trades background, required to work on an ongoing temporary, or permanent basis.
Assisting with a variety of trades, repair and maintenancework such as; building, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, carpet fitting, painting and decorating.Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.
Hourly pay rate based on £23,504 - £30,419 depending on experience.
We are currently looking for a Permanent Multi-skilled Maintenance Operatives to work for our client based in Ditton, Kent.
The ideal candidate must have full UK driving licence, previous multi-skill experience in several trades and ideally a background in property maintenance, valid CSCS card or willingness to gain.
